The Members

Their Story

L.A. Street Hawk was created as a side project to their band FTANNG. They wanted to explore soundscapes they felt that it didn't fit in with FTANNG's overall style, so L.A. Street Hawk was born.


About The Name

It's a tribute to the electric pioneers Tangerine Dream and also to the 80's TV show "Street Hawk".


Musical Influences

The music of the movies Tangerine Dream, John Carpenter or Vangelis, as well as the movies and the pop of the 80s.


Anecdote(s)

The title of their first EP "Something Better" also includes Wolfgang Parker from the band "Weedhaven Laughing Academy". The ep also features guitarist Chris Schleyer (Zeromancer, Prick). They were about to go on an extended European tour with the industrial rock band KMFDM, starting May 19. There was a warm-up show at the Oval Office Bar, Bochum, on May 9.
