Their Story

"By an evil AI algorithm! Just kidding, haha! Major Moment started as childhood dreams of us becoming musicians, back when Andrey and Sasha lived in Russia. Years later, they moved to the US and are now pursuing music as a career.

The band is based in Boston (USA) but its members come from different parts of the world, notably vocalists / songwriters were born and grew up in Russia."

About The Name

"It was a difficult task - to find something that makes sense, doesn't sound cheesy, isn't used by another group, isn't too long, and is somehow universal. We had a list of potential names, but everyone liked "Major Moment" because it made us think of something important, but personal at the same time. What is your Major Moment?"
