Their Story

Mike and Karnig met in the UK (both from London) and started a band together in 2013. They then moved to California and after a while they were joined by Kiliyan (who is from Los Angeles ) in 2015.

About The Name

"We were in a bar in Nashville and we were trying to charm our way out of paying a bill. The waitress said we were a bunch of charming liars for pretending to be English and getting out of paying the bill... and that's where the name comes from. "

From the old to the new, nothing specific. They all grew up in a variety of genres and no single style or group influenced them specifically.

Anecdote(s)

They are the opening band of Palaye Royale for a large part of their tour "The Bastards" (2020).
