The Members

The band consists of two members; twin sisters Jacqueline (Jackie) and Jessica Parry. Jackie is a guitarist and singer, and Jessica is a drummer and also does backing vocals. They share their birthday on May 10.

Their Story

They grew up taking piano lessons together and eventually decided to experiment with the rock genre. 

Soon after, they started playing in bands together, eventually creating Dianthus.

They opened for Crown The Empire at the Cave In Big Bear on January 3, 2020.

They have been recognized by their hometown, Riverside, and have been awarded with the Riverside Pride Success Award. 

About The Name

They wanted a name that was truly symbolic of their music and that

represent them. A "Dianthus" is a flower that has been around them for years. They wanted to have the same effect with their music; to stand the test of time.

Musical Influences

Their influences are Metallica, Tool and Rush.
